Exterior Restoration Construction Company seeking a Project Manager *Applicant must be a highly motivated. *3-5 Years' experience minimum required in the construction industry *Must be a self-starter/team player. *Must not be afraid of heights. *Oversee multiple job sites, ordering material. *Ability to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and contractors. *Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on time. *Scheduling workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. *Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management software *Ability to read and understand construction drawings façade and structural, documents, and contracts. *Takeoffs and Proposals *Following up on submitted bids *Attend industry, client meetings, and job site visits.
