SUPERINTENDENT FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE IN LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ( FULL-TIME) Position Overview: The superintendent is responsible for keeping the property organized, minor maintenance and landscaping,plumbing,electrical work and making sure the property is in good standing. The primary goal of this position is to provide attention to the appearance of common areas for a safe and adequate living/working environment. Requirements: -Hard-worker, motivated, and energetic. -Have at least 3 years of experience working as a super/handyman -Fluent in English -Have basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Duties: -Daily monitor and inspect the operating equipment: Boilers, pumps, fans, fire extinguishers, etc. - Paint, grout, clean apartments after tenants vacate units -Preventative maintenance: Clean building systems, clean drains, traps, gutters, etc. -Must be extremely detail oriented. -Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff. * Competitive Pay *Live-Out Position *Please reply with you resume and contact info* Email your resume or apply via : only.
