Looking for lost female black cat

I lost my female black cat 5/12/21 from 21st drive and 19th street in Astoria. She's a two year old black female with black whiskers, pouty lips, crooked lower teeth and a hanging belly pouch. Her name is Baby Bibi and she had a neon green reflective breakaway collar with a pink ID tag and bell. She may have lost her collar by now. She's also microchipped and spayed. She is nervous. She is a former feral who I adopted as a teenager. She may seem feral upon approach but she indeed has a home. She has a kitten like meow. Thank you! Thank you for your help!
