Busy shopping center needs looking after. Full time only, hours are a little flexible but ideally 6AM - 2:30 PM. Can be modified if needed. Golf cart onsite. Patrol center picking up trash, emptying garbage cans and replacing liners, twice a week walk through vacant units to sweep and check for any problems, etc. Its a fast paced job with plenty of room for advancement to the right candidate. Must be reliable Must speak English Must be hard working We are a 30 employee, 22 year old company specializing in total property maintenance of shopping centers and industrial parks all over South Florida.
