Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper/Porter for our Condominium in Fort Lauderdale, FL (33308). Schedule: Saturday-Sunday required and 8 other hours during the week 7:00 AM-11:00 AM Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience High Rise Condominium or Apartment experience is preferred Maintenance knowledge of painting, pressure washing, trash compactors, and landscaping, is a plus Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time. Loyalty and good communication skills are required.
