The movie In The Heights really shines a light on our diverse culture. Some see this movie as a reason to celebrate our Heritage, some others noticed the lack of representation of afrolatinos and the need to highlight the stories of success within that specific community. During this discussion we will try and find solutions we can implement within our communities and places of employment to this challenge and understand how we can make a difference by elevating our voices and celebrating each other. We need to become a network of support for one another.
