So what does it mean to be a peer in the On Our Own Frederick community? Come to this workshop and find out! On Our Own Frederick is a non-profit located in Downtown Frederick, Maryland. We provide support and resources to our peers struggling with mental health and substance abuse challenges. This workshop walks you through what it means to be a peer, community expectations, and how to join us and access our supports and resources.
