Learn how to make fresh pretzels and homemade beer cheese with us!
Learn how to make soft and chewy pretzels along with a delicious creamy beer cheese sauce with Cofounder and Culinary Director Heather Hodge. During class you will learn how to make and shape pretzel dough, and then boil and bake your pretzels to create the best chew. We'll also make a cheesy dipping sauce as a perfect savory compliment!
Class space is limited. It will take place in our Pioneer Square kitchen!! Masks and proof of vaccination are required upon arrival.
