USO Ohio volunteer opportunity at The Ozone Tailgate on Lane Avenue USO Ohio needs you! Our USO has been selected as the Charity Partner for the OSU vs Tulsa football game on September 18! We are excited for the opportunity to support an event that will be donating proceeds from the day to our USO to help us continue our mission to support our military. This is a huge opportunity, and we need lots of volunteers. See below for information about the volunteer needs and please consider signing to volunteer. We are reaching out to many of our USO friends to support this event since we need so many volunteers so we are reaching outside our normal USO volunteer pool. The Ozone Tailgate on Lane Avenue w/ 97.1 the Fan • Sep 18th @ 10:00 am - Sep 18th @ 7:00pm • Riverwatch Tower located at 364 West Lane, Columbus, OH 43201 • 40 total volunteers needed • Parking is on your own – recommended parking near event site is behind Holiday Inn or the Faucet Center (Cost is typically $10 per vehicle, consider carpooling) • USO t-shirts will be provided • USO will provide hydration & food during your shift • Stations we will be supporting o ID Check stations (can be under 21 but must be at least 18) – 5 needed o Ticket sales stations (can be under 21 but must be at least 18) – 5 needed o Beverage stations (must be at least 21 for this station) 30 needed
