You are in the Drivers Seat with this one of a kind Drive-Thru Health Fair with Covid-19 Safety Protocols in place! The Open My Heart Foundation (OMHF), in partnership with Blacks on the Chesapeake Foundation, is having a one of a kind Drive-Thru Health Fair! By providing Drive-Thru services we aim to provide safety and follow Covid-19 protocols, allowing the community to engage with local providers while practicing social distancing. We will also have community resource vendors to provide additional resources to attendees. There will be music, Free food and gift give-aways while supplies last, and more, all while you stay in the driver's seat! Some of the free screenings include: • Covid Testing • Covid Vaccine • Flu Shots • Blood Pressure Screenings • Glucose Screenings Open My Heart Foundation (OMHF) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to help eliminate heart health disparities among African American Women and Women of color through support, education and advocacy. Heart disease is the #1 killer in the United States, and African American Women and Women of Color are disproportionately affected. The Drive-Through Health Fair will be open to all. The Blacks of the Chesapeake Foundation(BOC) is a non-profit educational, historical, and environmental organization. Since the mid 1990's the (BOC) has been documenting the contributions of African-Americans in the maritime and seafood related industries.
