All Levels Yoga with a Park Ranger
This FREE Bi-weekly yoga series happens every other Wednesday from September 15th until October 27th from 5:30pm- 6:30pm (weather permitting), led by Park Ranger & Certified Yoga Instructor Crystal Hines. Located on the lawn at the Charlestown Navy Yard. Bring your own mat, and prepare to get your stretch on!
This will be an all-levels vinyasa flow. Expect to move, flow, stretch and relax deeply.
Under current guidelines:
Class is limited to 20 students.Bring your own mat or towel, and water.Mats must be placed 6 ft apart.Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory.Registration is mandatory for contact tracing.
Crystal Rose is latina punk who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years. Like most, she came to yoga for the physical benefits, but continued for the emotional and mental benefits. Yoga allowed her to breath deeper, reduce anxiety and increase her focus, both on the mat and in life. She has a passion for Ayurvedic Self Care and all things Lunar.
She's all about making yoga acessible to POC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner. Her classes are intentional and powerful, but open to all-levels. Come practice yoga, breathe deeply & find peace of mind.
