You're invited to our FREE outdoor barre3 in the Park class to celebrate the end of Summer! On Saturday, September 12th, we are hosting our final outdoor park class of the Summer and we want you there! Join us for a heart-pumping, joy-filled workout, a chance to connect with friends old and new. This 60-minute class will be taught by studio owner, Katie Heaps. Our studio partners Stretch Lab and Physio Room DTC will be there for complimentary services and prizes. Participants will also receive samples from Conscious Coconut, Nuun Tablets, Rise Coffee, and Over Easy breakfast bars (while supplies last). Barre3 in the Park is a free event, but space is limited. To secure your spot, sign-up today! What to Expect: The event will take place at Westlands Park, just 1 mile south of the studio. Free parking is available in the park surface parking lot. Class will take place on the Westlands Field. Check-in begins at 8:30a, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for a team member to check in with each client upon arrival. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, and handheld weights (optional). COVID-19 Guidelines: New clients must complete our waiver prior to the scheduled class time. All participants will be socially distanced by 6 feet, within the designated outdoor class location on the Westlands field. We ask each participant to self-screen to confirm they are free of COVID-19 symptoms (shortness of breath, cough, fever, etc.) prior to attending. Masks are not currently required for outdoor activities. About barre3: Barre3 is a low impact, full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.
