Are you ready to celebrate Healthy Aging Month? Embracing Aging is hosting FREE events throughout Chaffee County the month of September! Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center will be hosting two classes on September 23. Eating for Longevity and Tai Chi. Select one or both in the registration. Space is limited to 10 in each class! We want to provide a safe, meaningful experience for all attendees and we are requiring that all who participate in person are fully vaccinated. Not vaccinated?
