Are you ready to celebrate Healthy Aging Month? Embracing Aging is hosting FREE events throughout Chaffee County the month of September! FREE FOOD - INTERACTIVE BOOTHS?FREE HEALTH ASSESSMENTS - MUSIC - FREE ACTIVITIES - DOOR PRIZES TO THE FIRST 50 We are excited to provide healthy food, interactive booths, health assessments and best of all, ice cream! Choose your own adventure at each location throughout the valley! Experience Tai Chi, a presentation on brain health, a healthy cooking demo, Awaken Your Joy with Cindy or learn some tools to become more resilient, be creative, and get your body moving. Subway sandwiches is the lunch, we will have healthy snacks, water and we are working on coffee. Blue Truck Ice Cream will be on-site serving dessert! We want to provide a safe, meaningful experience for all attendees and we are requiring that all who participate in person are fully vaccinated. Not vaccinated?
