Description
I have a veteran owned construction business located on the North Shore. I am interested in bidding on small projects (Under 100k) for now with plans to pursue bigger jobs once I have the right team. I need subcontractors though who aren't turned off by a job being small. I'm a small outfit, so I'm trying to keep the projects quick and manageable with this smaller stuff for now. We're talking jobs with the local housing authorities, state, and Federal projects as well as private work as well. Jobs will often be prevailing wage rates, so you must be capable of providing certified payroll through your company or your payroll company when required. If you work as a subcontractor, you must be able to provide an insurance certificate, appropriate licensure, and have OSHA certified workers (usually 10 hour card required).
I need to build a list of all the key trades. Projects will include kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, apartment renos, dormers, decks, roofing, gutters, flooring, and more. Most jobs will be inside of 95/128, or at least close to it, unless it's going to be a sizable enough job to make it worth the time.
If you think you'd be a good fit, send me a message with some info about your company and experience. If you've completed projects in the public sector, please include that experience in your reply.
Thanks and hopefully we'll be working together soon.
