Bellingham based property maintenance company seeks to immediately add full time maintenance personnel to our team. Per COVID-19 specific guidelines, we are currently providing certain essential property maintenance/repair services. Generally being good at fixing and maintaining miscellaneous property related conditions are a big part of the job. Being good at troubleshooting and repair of minor electrical and/or minor plumbing problems is important along with basic construction type skills. This position does have a path to being a working supervisor. Job responsibilities are as follows: • Willing to work as essential personnel under COVID-19 guidelines. • Work independently or as part of a team. • Operate and care for company tools and equipment. • Work within personal skill set, completing jobs timely and professionally. • Must have a functioning Smart Phone and be able to get online to receive emails & texts. • Must have valid driver license & reliable source of transportation - mileage paid or company vehicle provided. • Ability to perform physical labor, lifting, and other strenuous physical tasks in all weather. • Comfortable in using a step ladder or extension ladder to perform certain tasks on occasion. • Be at least 18 years of age. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES a clean criminal background check and good driving record. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES being punctual, reliable, polite, and have a positive work attitude at all times.
