Need a good home for orange and white adult cat

Looking for a loving family for our orange and white cat. He is male and 2 years old. Neutered and shots are up to date, and he is microchipped. We came to the difficult decision to rehome him because he doesn’t get along with our first cat and due to being a very energetic cat, we are unable to provide the space and attention he needs. We hope to find a home for him where he has more space to run and explore (bonus if you have a backyard). He is sweet, friendly and playful and loves chattering at birds, playing with toys and talking to his human. He is social with cats, but would need to be with another energetic cat. He would also be great in a household with children, or with someone who can spend more time playing with him. Looking for a $50 rehoming fee which can be a donation to a local shelter.
