Macs landscaping in Troy is looking for one motivated hardworking person who wants to be challenged, work hard, be apart of something for future growth all while in a casual atmosphere. A little about myself. I started this business nine years ago when I was 24 years old. I worked a full time job for 5 years and cut lawns on the weekends until I had no days left open during the week for doing lawn maintenance for my employer. Before I ever did lawn care I knew I wanted to do it for a living and when I started my first job I knew I wanted to do it as a career. Since than I’ve built this business to a reputable name in the city. I have a condensed route where whole neighborhoods know who I am. I have always been a reliable trustworthy company with not a lot of turnover and I turn down work on the regular. With times changing the entrepreneur and hustler in me has opened me up to new ideas where I want this company to be I the next couple years. I’m 33 years old with 9 years in the business and a long way to go and am looking for someone with or without experience to be apart of this and take it next level. I have a vision and need a reliable hardworking person to help us get there. We will work side by side everyday without me micromanaging. I will show you everything about the business and you will be my right hand person.
