A grounding, heart opening experience with Cacao, sound healing, and Reiki, leaving you feeling more connected to yourself and community. Cacao is a powerful medicine and is known as food of the gods in Aztec and Mayan cultures. In a traditional ceremony, cacao is heart opening and fosters open communication and deep connections with your community. There are group conversations and healing is done in a group setting. This event will be more introspective, where you will focus on your self within a larger group. It includes a sound bath with a focus on amplifying your capacity to love and reenergizing what might have shut down in the past year. The ceremony will be in a small group setting to facilitate deeper connections and allow for more 1:1 Reiki time with me during the experience. Event detailsDuring the ceremony, we will drink cacao, offer our blessings, and settle in a Reiki Sound Bath to release what no longer serves us. Cacao offers us the opportunity to meditate gently and allow our inner voice to come out. Combined with the frequencies of a sound bath and reiki energy, various parts of your soul-being can awaken for deeper healing and release. Come with a yoga mat, water, and your intention!
