Breathwork class to gently guide you to a more heart centered space. Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 pm in the Turret Room at the gorgeous Inn at the Mission in beautiful San Juan Capistrano. In this class Erin will guide you on a 60 minute journey which begins with slowing down in order to "drop into your body”. This will set the tone for the breath work to come. This class is set to a carefully chosen soundtrack of music that will help you release any resistance to allow the breath to lead. Although body movement is minimal, this class does involve some work moving through your resistance. By using a consistent breath your mind will calm down so you can connect deeper into your heart and hear what it is saying. Breath work can change your default emotional settings, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity, and open your heart to increased gratitude and self love. We will complete the class with a slow regular breath to integrate all the work you did and recharge your system. You will feel lighter, freer, and more connected when the session is completed. No experience required. Feel free to walk the grounds before or after class. Class is limited to 14 people. Get your tickets early!
