Direct hire, permanent Full-time job with medical/dental/vision benefits offered 60 days from hire date, plus other benefits (pls refer to the list below). $14/hr to start, annual performance and wage reviews with possible wage increase. We need 3 energetic and strong individuals to help us in the Warehouse and Yard through safe and practical work practices. In these roles you will: -measure, wash and repair fabric and materials -use floor buffer, pressure washer and heat welders -inventory materials and fabric -pull project materials and ready for shipment ********************* Our company is the leader in relocatable, all-weather, tensioned fabric structures. Our team is made up of highly qualified individuals with experience in complex project delivery, logistics and on-site construction. Position Details Work hours – M-F 7a to 3:30p (standard) 6a to 2:30p (summer). You will have (1) 30-minute lunch and (2) 10-minute breaks. Position Purpose: To ensure the efficient completion of day-to-day tasks in the Warehouse and Yard through safe and practical work practices. You will help us to ensure the following: • Safety – No workplace incidents. • Quality – All materials ready for shipment are in good working condition. • Accuracy – All shipments are completed with correct parts and quantities. Items are labeled and stored correctly with accurate paperwork where applicable. • Productivity – Daily goals are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
