Introduction to pole fitness and flow with Mae
In this introduction to pole fitness and flow with Mae, students will increase their strength, confidence, flexibility, and coordination while learning a variety of pole fitness exercises, floor exercises, spins, combos, and how to climb the pole.
This class is run as a series; no "drop-ins", please.
No prior dance experience is required. Students must be at least 18 years of age by the date of the first class.
