-Whether you are just beginning in the kitchen, or just want to hone your chops, come join us
for a hands-on experience in The Kitchen at The Co-op! Topics covered include proper knife care, safety,
and technique, as well as the knife skills necessary to be the top chef in your kitchen!
-Closed toes shoes required
-A light snack will be served
-Bring your own knife, or one will be provided
-Face masks optional, but recommended. If you feel ill at all on day of class, please stay home
-Signing of waiver required upon arrival
