East Central Iowa Autism Society is hosting our last event, a FREE trampoline jump for the autism community! The East Central Iowa Autism Society is excited to announce that we have coordinated efforts with the Autism Society of Iowa to better serve our community here in Eastern Iowa. Effective November 1, 2021, all programs, services, and other activities will be provided under the Autism Society of Iowa name. We expect to bring you the same great programs that we have in the past, such as information and referral, parent support groups, advocacy, education and training, fun social and family events, etc., and hope to expand services that are provided by the Autism Society of Iowa. The Autism Society of Iowa provides critical programs and services for children and adults with autism and their family members across the lifespan, including guiding families through a new diagnosis, empowering and equipping families and individuals to navigate the numerous systems they will encounter, providing opportunities to explore and learn new skills, and identifying gaps and systemic issues and then working to solve these issues. The East Central Iowa Autism Society will be hosting this even with free trampoline jumping, food, and t-shirts. Although the event is free, we do ask that you register anyone who will be jumping. If you are attending, but not jumping, you do NOT need to register. Anyone jumping will also need to fill out a waiver for AirFX in advance.
