A fun hands-on class where you will learn about the cuisine, cooking skills, and recipes. Hosting Chef: Cass Class Description: A class on sushi! A favorite treat to many of us here in Des Moines. You will learn how to make your own sushi rolls from scratch! We will also be making many of the favorite sauces too. This is a hands on class and everyone will be making sushi. Class Menu: Tuna rolls Salmon Rolls Tempura Rolls Sashimi DSM Culinary is a great environment to learn how to cook! We host a variety of classes, everything from sushi to insta-pots. The number one goal is to help give clients the skills and knowledge to cook a variety of foods at home and to just have fun cooking!
