Janitorial Area Zone Manager, Upstate SC Position Summary Manages building maintenance and/or janitorial cleaning operations for several customer sites in an assigned territory. Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing staff and subcontractors to ensure performance expectations are met. Develops and maintains professional working relationships with all customers in accordance with their contracts. Manage the book of assigned business within the territory and delivery cost (staff, time and wages) with P&L responsibility. Develops and implements work schedules to meet contract requirements.
