Position will be full time and includes benefits. Technician will work with other employees at other sites in Tucson and will be required to take on general maintenance and facilities operations including: facilities preventative care and maintenance. Outside contractors will be utilized when needed. Minimum Qualifications - Able to handle a variety of physical tasks. - Ability to lift 100 lbs - Moderate computer skills including internet research and e-mail experience - Diagnosing and troubleshooting - Background in Maintenance or Custodial Work - Mechanically proficient in a variety of repair areas (Facility, equipment, construction.) - Must Pass A Background Check - Position requires driving a company vehicle so you must have a clean valid AZ drivers license for last 5 years. - No at fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations. - Benefits for all Full Time positions include: Healthcare, 401K and Paid Time Off. - Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years. - On Call Every Other Weekend (will discuss compensation at interview) Desired Skills - Construction experience including drywall repair, basic plumbing/electrical, painting - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues including various equipment throughout the facility. - Ability to Use Microsoft Office with Proficiency - Is able to execute repairs as needed as well as experience hiring skilled labor for certain tasks - Ability to be stay organized and on task - An understanding of preventative maintenance ____________________________________________________________________________ Environment Control promotes a drug and alcohol free work environment.
