We have about 5 buildings full of 'things' we will be selling off over the next few months. The degree of 'things' vary across the spectrum. Everything from antiques, to tools, to cars, home knickknacks, collectables, clothing, furniture, etc. You name it, we probably have it. We have one large 25K SF space that we have cleared out that we will be using for a staging area for all items. We are going to start listing them for sale on the selling apps, such as offerup, facebook, craigslist, etc. That said, we are also opening the opportunity up to outside individuals who would like us to list and sell their items for them. We will store your items in our warehouse for up to 90 days as it is for sale. We charge 35% consignment fee (which is much better than the other competitors that I looked into, most being 50%). If interested please let us know! Also, we have storage space available in our warehouse for rent if you are looking. We are open to the amount of space and price varies based on the amount of space rented.
