Growing company looking for a person that would drive company truck to different locations and take care of the outside cleanliness of commercial buildings, work 5 days per week m-f. Must have a good MVR, we are a drug free work place. Work starts at 7:00am and ends around 4:00pm +-. Paid hourly plus o/t over 40 hours. We work approx 45 hours per week and starting pay is approx $700.00 per week based on overtime hours worked, paid hourly and weekly. Must enjoy working outside in the weather, a lot of walking and some heavy lifting is required. We specialize in the outside cleaning of retail shopping centers in which we use blowers to blow off sidewalks, change trash bags, and remove any debris that is left at the properties (pallets, tires, mattresses, clean up around dumpsters, etc).
