QUALITY LAB TESTERS Kelly Services is hiring Production Quality Testers for Corteva in Tipton, IN. This is a temporary contract position until February 2021 with possibility for extension. Serious applicants only. Compensation: $15.50/hr Work schedules: 6:30am-5:30 pm, M-F What’s a typical day? • Perform quality testing procedures in accordance with ISTA, AOSA, and sampling guidelines • Verify and record quality test results with consistent attention to detail • Perform all duties with a high level of accuracy in order to maintain the integrity of quality results • Assist in monitoring the proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment • Maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment in compliance with Safety and Health guidelines • Train on cross-functional tasks in other functions of the laboratory on processes that may need additional support during high volume or critical periods • Monitor product for quality assurance and ensure activities meet the requirements of the Quality Plan • Actively seek to reduce redundant and unnecessary testing • Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity, performance, methods, troubleshoot issues, and identify quality defects • Develop and maintain good communication and rapport with site personnel This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: • Excellent attendance: Candidate must be available everyday for first 14-30 days for training • Ability to safely lift over 50lbs, ability to stand, walk, kneel, or bend throughout the shift • High School Diploma or GED required • Detail oriented with basic Microsoft Office skill level • Willingness and ability to work with repetitive tasks and motions while maintaining high attention to detail • Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary Interested?
