Swimming and tennis club looking for maintenance and janitorial workers to join the staff DUTIES: -Monitor, maintain and repair equipment and property -Maintain building(s) and pools. -Follow schedule/checklist as closely as possible, but stay flexible to variances. -Record on schedule/checklist the times tasks are completed. -Clean, dust, mop, etc. -Maintain locker rooms including refilling dispensers, cleaning showers, etc. -Take ownership of areas of responsibility. -Responsible for cleaning up areas worked in and equipment used. -Maintain safe environment and report all safety issues and concerns immediately. -Communicate with management regarding any issues that arise -Maintain proper safety training, including chemical handling, using/operating tools and machines, etc. -Perform opening and closing procedures for the club as shift requires. -Work under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager on occasional projects. -Be trained and adapt to new procedures & policies that may arise due to current COVID-19 pandemic MUST HAVES: -Willingness to learn new tasks -Positive attitude -1 year experience working as a property maintenance tech or janitor JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $19 to $21 p/h -Typical work week from -This is a long term position -Medical and dental benefits -Paid vacation and holidays References & background checks will be required
