Do you have a great idea to make campus more sustainable? Want to play a role in campus climate action? BU Sustainability and Innovate@BU are hosting an info session to answer your questions about funding and coach you on potential projects for submission. More details: The Sustainability Innovation Seed Grant program is an opportunity for students to be part of this movement. With grant funding and resources offered by BU Sustainability and Innovate@BU, students are empowered to kick-start a project or develop an intervention that tackles the leading sustainability challenges facing Boston University. Sustainability innovations should provide solutions for Boston University, but preference is given to those that also have an impact beyond campus. They must meet one or more of the recommendations outlined in the Boston University Climate Action Plan, and should relate to one of these five topics: Climate change resilienceEmissions and energyEducation and engagementEnvironmental JusticeZero WasteInnovation ideas from all fields of study and experience are welcome. We encourage innovative ideas/projects that could scale to participate in further challenges and grant opportunities.
