Description

Calhoun Police Department Major Ken Carson committed the crime of creating a false government document, slander, and libel against J Helton. MR Helton passed a polygraph exam proving that the report MR Carson wrote was fabricated and false. This led to an arrest and a "deal" with the prosecution that cost $2225 and a year of probation.
