Susan's Green Cleaning is hiring top-tier people for green house cleaning! Full-time or part-time and this is a W2 employee position -- not a subcontractor position. We are Seattle's #1 Rated Green House Cleaning service, and are known around town for being an elite cleaning service who has the friendliest, nicest employees. We offer the absolute best pay in town (no tricks!), full benefits including medical, vision, dental, matching retirement, paid time off, paid sick time, 7 paid holidays, retirement, bonuses, company cars (we pay 100% of your gas to and from your home!) or drive your own and get mileage/gas reimbursement. Friendly, awesome co-workers! NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS! We will beat or match any other offer! A typical day: You start each workday from your home and you'll drive to your first job. Most days, for full-time employees, you'll work 2 jobs a day. You may have one 2 hour job and one 5 hour job, or two 4 hour jobs, etc. On larger jobs, you'll work with part of a team led by a Team Leader (and we have awesome employees -- you'll see!). You're paid for prep time, walking time, drive time, and, of course, cleaning time! You can drive your own car to work or use a company car. If you use your own car, we pay.58 cents per mile. If you use a company car, we pay for 100% of the gas -- even to and from your home! You'll always have at least a 30 minute uninterrupted lunch, although you may have more if you want, or you can have less if you choose to waive your lunch. We require you take your breaks throughout the day (this is so good for your mental and physical health!) and you earn 10 minutes for each 4 hours worked, however, if you need more, just let us know :) WHY WORK FOR SUSAN'S GREEN CLEANING: • We will match or beat any compensation package out there! • $19hr Base Rate Days 1 - 30 + tips • $21hr Base Ray Days 31 - 90 + tips + $3hr quality bonuses • $22hr base pay Days 91 - 180 + tips + $3hr quality bonuses • $23hr base pay Days 181 - 1 year + tips + $3hr quality bonuses • Raises based on merit thereafter up to $30hr • Our full-time techs make $45-$73k a year! • We will match or beat any compensation package out there! • $250 Signing Bonus After Training (30 days) • Top-of-the-Line Kaiser Health Insurance for FT. Employee pays $30 a paycheck -- we pay the rest. • Primary Care Health Plan for Part-Time Employees (primary doctor visits only). Employee pays $10 a paycheck -- we pay the rest. • Dental Insurance.
