Jiffy Lube is hiring for all positions including Lube Technicians, Guest Service Advisors, Assistant Managers, Brake Technicians, Tire Technicians, and Repair Technicians to work in various locations in Everett WA and surrounding areas. Full & Part time work available with rotating days off. Training available. Automotive Technician As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible to professionally service our guests’ vehicles and ensuring quality work, while delivering an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to • Checking and communicate oil level to other Teammates • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary • Complete vehicle inspection • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed • Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable • Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles • Document all work performed on the repair order • Report any safety issues immediately to management • Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours • Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation • Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting. Customer Service Advisor Customer Service Advisors are responsible for creating a positive guest experience by delivering outstanding service. They offer service recommendations, ensuring completion of quality workmanship, communicate to the guest any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. Understanding the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services. Position Criteria • Accurately capturing guests’ product needs and providing updates throughout the entire process • Offering our guests options that are tailored specifically to their automotive needs • Giving impartial advice to ensure that our guests are aware of manufacturer recommendations • Be able to analyze, comprehend and recommend financial objectives that increase sales and service results • Energized by face-to-face interaction with guests, to include resolving any issues • Be a subject matter expert in such areas as vehicle safety rules, operations manuals, and maintenance instructions • You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as be able to speak effectively with our guests and other Teammates. • Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable • If you have previous experience in retail, restaurants, or the hospitality industry, you might be perfect fit for the CSA position although not required! Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager is responsible for driving successful sales and creating a Wow! Guest experience. It is a great opportunity to be a key player in store success. Working closely with the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for driving store sales growth, managing employees to ensure that they provide "Guest First" care to all customers, and achieve operational success.
