Penn State Health is offering free flu shots on Saturday, October 2nd at Lebanon High School. Penn State Health is offering free flu shots on Saturday, October 2 at the Lebanon High School. Free flu vaccines will be given to anyone 3 years of age and older; no ID or medical insurance is required. Reservations are free and reduce wait times. The total number of tickets should reflect the number of people who plan to receive a flu shot. Please leave pets at home. The event is rain or shine!  The High School Atrium will be used if inclement weather. Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 9 AM to 1 PM, rain or shine! Register for a 1/2 hour time 'slot' of when you plan to come to the eventYou will be asked to fill out a consent form before receiving your flu shot. You will be given two copies of the form. Please remember to provide your health care provider and/or employer with a record of this flu vaccination.  Please wear loose fitting clothing. Adults must be able to access one shoulder. Click on the green 'Register' button to select the number of tickets and time you estimate you will arrive. Thank you for protecting yourself and others by getting your flu shot! Masks are required to receive a flu shot.
