Family-friendly, COVID-19 compliant, Halloween party at the Bailey Park NDC Hub! Come share part of your Halloween celebrations with friends and neighbors of the McDougall-Hunt neighborhood at the Bailey Park NDC Hub. We will have games, crafts, activities, flu shots, costume contests, and most importantly CANDY!!! Family-friendly Food restriction friendly This is an outdoor, socially distanced event.
