A little bit about our company... We are an rapidly growing company based out of Charlotte NC but service Charlotte and the surrounding areas...We are very knowledgeable about lawncare and will be hiring someone that is ready to hit the ground running to help keep up with the growing demand...we are not looking for seasonal help we are actually looking for someone that will join our team year around…with workdays of (Monday thru Thursday) *unless it rain and then we will work on Fridays* with a competitive pay...so if you feel you meet the needs & requirements listed below please reply with an email...Thank you! Job Summary Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a residential homes and commercial businesses. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building. Primary Responsibilities • Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties. • Mowing of lawns using stander mowers. • Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls. • Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. (If needed) • Applying fertilizers to the ground to enhance growth by the way of Z Sprayers or Backpacks. • Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. (We have a hedge crew for this) • Trim shrubs and pull weeds. (We have a hedge crew for this) • Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. (If needed) • Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. No Exception * Bi-Weekly Covid Test required * Ability to drive a truck and trailer…which means a valid drivers license is a must. * You must be a go getter...have a passion for this field of work...period * Reliability and dependability is a MUST * Customer friendly * Neat appearance * No smoking in or around the clients property…this is a smoke free team
