Please quote us for LABOR ONLY. It’s a complete rebuild of a 42 squares - shingle roof. Existing shingles removal, may need some flashing, ice/water shield, then re-roof with new shingles (GAF brand). We will provide materials such as ice/water shield, shingles and nails. We will load it on the roof and provide a dumpster for existing shingles that need to come down. Location is Steamboat Springs, CO. You are responsible for your lodging and meals. Contractor must have his own General Liability Insurance and provide it to use before the job starts. Preferred start date is early September. Payment will be issued once the County inspector approves the roof (usually the day later).
