CLINTON — A Clinton resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On August 30, Qi Zhang, of Clinton purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the College Convenience Quickstop in New Haven and won $20,000.
