Ability to acknowledge & respect confidentiality.Highly motivated, fast learner with the ability to excel in a fast paced office environment.Ability to adjust to frequently shifting goals, projects and prioritiesHaving an understanding of Financial terms and processes is a plus. h Job Responsibilities Communicate and interface with clients and prospectsPrepare documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Client communication via email and written correspondenceResponsible for all incoming & outgoing mail (client & prospect mailings)Manage Client Relationship Management programs – track client activity, as well as prospects (Experience with Redtail is a plus)Prepare and monitor client onboarding documents, daily money movements and all incoming/outgoing account transfers.
