Steed Memorial Park, San Gorgonio Park, and San Luis Rey Park. The first draft conceptual designs are now available online at www.san-clemente.org/parkplans. The draft designs will be reviewed at a special meeting of the Beaches, Parks & Recreation Commission on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference viewable at www.san-clemente.org/live. The public is invited to provide comments or feedback on the designs to the Beaches, Parks & Recreation Commission at www.san-clemente.org/bprpubliccomment.
