Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain grounds for multiple properties. Employment duties include but are not limited to, routine and preventative maintenance, cleaning, assisting with projects, being able to identify maintenance issues and address them. A qualified candidate must have a good work ethic, customer service skills and be able to work outdoors. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and construction experience a plus. Previous maintenance experience is required. General vehicle maintenance a plus. An eligible candidate must be clean, reliable, have the ability to work independently, have driver's license with their own transportation and be a non-smoker. Competitive pay based on experience.
