PHILADELPHIA — Jay-Z's Made In America music festival on the Ben Franklin Parkway is set to take place this weekend. Headlined by Justin Bieber and Lil Baby, the festival will be held Saturday and Sunday. And for those who are unable to attend but don't want to miss their favorite performers, livestreams of the shows will be available online. TIDAL will be exclusively livestreaming the festival Saturday and Sunday on its website and on its YouTube page. All three stages will be available to stream for free. "The artists' performances will be even bigger and Cause Village will host a wider range of amazing philanthropic organizations.
