UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION: EXPECT SIGNIFICANT DELAYSCaltrans Laguna Beach Coast Highway Sidewalk ADA Improvement Project PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION Northbound on Coast Highway Ledroit – San Joaquin: Sept. 7 – Sept. 24 San Joaquin – Viejo: Sept. 24 – Oct. 7 Viejo – Cajon: Oct. 7 – Oct. 14 Southbound on Coast Highway Crescent Bay – Cliff: Oct. 14 – Nov. 8 *Construction schedule is subject to change. What the Work Involves: Widen existing sidewalk, reconstruct existing curb ramps and driveways, add audible pedestrian systems and replace existing pavement with rubberized asphalt pavement Traffic will be limited to one lane Monday through Friday during working hours of 9 AM - 4 PM northbound and 8 AM - 3 PM southbound During paving operations, work will occur overnight from 10 PM - 5 AM.
