The Dump Guy is currently seeking a few motivated individuals to help lead crews at Junk Removal sites. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to lead from the front, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a schedule throughout the day. Pay starts at $18/hour for this position, and once you are able to lead a crew and drive the pay will increase. Based on the average of all our drivers, with tips & commissions they earn an additional $3.47 per hour on the books and an additional $1-2/hour in cash tips. You will be needed 40-55 hours Monday-Friday with the option to work Saturdays available most weeks. Saturday is optional, not mandatory. $1,000 sign on bonus after first month of consistent work. Must be a driving foreman. A clean driving record is required. Experience driving a trailer is preferred, however not required. Must be reliable, we base our day on teams of 2 working on a schedule, when someone doesn't show up or arrives late it causes multiple problems across the board.
