Looking for a home builder for $30K to build a small ranch home (1000 - 1300 square foot) on land located in West Point, GA. Needs to be knowledgeable with foundation and provide an estimate of building supplies for project (this will determine if I can proceed with the project). I will consider a modular/mobile home that is in excellent move in condition. It can be a remodeled home and this is also based on delivery distance and fees.
