Property Preservation Contractor Needed MLM Inc Services are interested in Property Preservation subcontractors who are available to service the following (Coverage Areas: Gwinnett County, DeKalb County, Fulton County, Cobb County, Forsyth County, Coweta County, Rockdale County, Fayette County, Henry County, Hall County, Clayton County, Clarke County, Barrow County, Jackson County, Newton County, Walton County, Paulding County, Bibb County, Upson County, Cherokee County, Oconee County, Bacon County,Jeff Davis County,Ben Hill County,Coffee County,Irwin County, Telfair County, Wheeler County, Montgomery County,Berrien County, Ware County, Atkinson County, Clinch County, Brantley County, Lanier County, Lowndes County ). MLM Inc Services subcontractors provide maintenance and repair services of residential foreclosed properties with Regional Asset Management Servicing companies. Please ensure that you can cover required work orders in a 24–48-hour time frame. Must have experience performing preservation work on foreclosed properties. Depending on your skills, your work may include: ● Initial Secures/ Lock Changes ● Property Condition Bids/Reports/Inspections ● Maintenance - Grass Cuts (Initial & Routine), Tree Trimming, Mow, Edge, Weed eat, Blow, Snow removal ● Maid Services, Initial Sales Clean ● Trash-outs/ Debris Removals - **Note: Must have a truck & trailer ** ● Winterizations, De-winterizations ● Roof patching, Mold treatment, etc. MUST HAVE - Must pay attention to details and provide timely responses to all work orders - Smartphone with working flash - Your personal equipment - generator, compressor, drills, lawn equipment, etc. - Your first two jobs will be compensated by check, immediately after inspection. Net 30 (Industry standard) applies going forward with bi-weekly check payments. - General Liability Insurance and Errors/Omissions Insurance are preferred/negotiable - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles for work. - Copy of General Liability and Error & Omission Insurance (if you have it) Our Quality control Inspectors ensure that the work orders are completed, so mediocrity is never an option!
