Growing company needs landscape maintenance manager. You will be expected to work in the field both alone and while managing a crew, delegate work to other employees, provide quality control and solicit new business. Success minded applicants will be rewarded for growth efforts with sales commission for new accounts. We primarily serve small commercial (Eastside bars & restaurants, schools) and large residential and are not solely a mow and blow operation, but a full service grounds-keeping company with a strong emphasis on horticulture. We are small with numerous accounts but looking for the right person to facilitate exponential growth. Knowledge of organic/ sustainable practices, basic irrigation repair, perennial care and edible gardening all huge pluses. Ability to operate blower, push mower, stand-on mower, trimmer, chainsaw and leaf rake crucial. Do not apply if you do not have reliable ride to work or do not speak fluent English.
