Pretty sure he's a boy. Has all of his claws. very friendly. doesn't seem scared of people or of being outside, but he seems lonely and hungry. Had a sort of pastel rainbow braided collar, looked more like a hair band. I haven't brought him inside, but he's been hanging out in my neighborhood for week, according to my neighbors. He seems pretty young, but maybe not quite a kitten. NEAR 161 AND WESTERVILLE ROAD.
